Eventward 0.5.4WordPress 6.7 or later · PHP 7.4 or later · Tested up to WordPress 7.1 · GPL, free forever
What is new in 0.5.4
- Fix: Sites that use the Classic Editor plugin, or a page builder that turns the block editor off (such as Divi), now get full event, venue and organizer fields on the edit screen: dates and times, repeats, venue, organizers, details, status and tickets. Previously these were only in the block editor sidebar.
From your WordPress dashboard (recommended)
- In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin.
- Search for Eventward.
- Click Install Now, then Activate. New versions then arrive through WordPress like any other plugin.
From the .zip file
- Download the .zip file above. Do not unzip it.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin.
- Choose the file, click Install Now, then Activate. If Eventward is already installed, WordPress offers to replace it with the uploaded version; your events and settings are kept.
After installing
Go to Events, Add Event. Your calendar is live at /events/ straight away. Using the Classic Editor or Divi? The event fields are in boxes below the content: Date and time, Event details, and Tickets and RSVP.
